What will I hear after I tap “Sleep Now” on the app?
You will hear melodies playing from the front of the headband, where the transducers are located. The transducers will also gently vibrate.
How long do I have to listen to the harmony ?
Listen to the harmony as long as you need to fall asleep. The harmony will play for 45 minutes, but you do not have to listen to the entire 45 minutes to fall asleep. Most of our users are asleep in 10-15 minutes.
How often should I use Spatial Sleep?
We recommend that you use Spatial Sleep every night at bedtime.

How long does the battery last between charges?
A full charge will last two 45-minute sessions. We recommend that you charge your band every morning after you wake up.
How do I know if my band is charging?
An orange LED light will light up next to the charging port of the band. The light will turn green when charging is complete.
How can I turn off my band / disconnect it from my phone?
Press & hold the ON/OFF button for approximately 4 seconds.
Alternatively, disconnect the band from the phone’s Bluetooth settings.
If the Spatial app is not running (not even in the background), the band will disconnect from the phone and power off automatically in 15 minutes or less.
How often should I charge my band?
We recommend charging your band every morning after you wake up.
How do I turn on my band?
Press and hold the power button for a few seconds. You will hear 3 musical tones. The green light adjacent to the charge port will flash. Watch video Power on Spatial
Why do you need to scan my face?
To customize treatment therapy, the Spatial app needs to map an individual's anatomical landmarks. While the camera must be enabled for the face scan to work, we do not take or store photos of your face.
How do I know if my device is fully charged?
A green LED will light up when fully charged and still plugged into the charger.
How can I tell if the band is fitted properly on my head?
Positioning the band on the forehead with proper fit is important. You should adjust the band to ensure that it does not slip side to side when you turn your head. To avoid discomfort at the contact points, do not overtighten. Generally you should be able to place your index finger between the band fabric and your head easily.
How do I adjust the volume?
Volume can be increased with the volume buttons on your mobile phone.
What is the right volume level for the best outcome?
We recommend a maximum of 80%. Increasing it to 100% will drain the battery quickly and is not recommended for battery life.
Can I use the headband if I wake up in the middle of the night and can’t go back to sleep ?
Yes. Put on the band, open the App and tap Sleep Now.
I sleep on my side, can I comfortably use Spatial Sleep?
Yes, Spatial is designed with a soft and flexible fabric band, so it’s comfortable for both back and side sleepers.
Troubleshooting
What if my Spatial doesn't turn on?
Ensure it is fully charged; use the provided USB-C charging cable. Unplug the cable and ensure you press and HOLD the button underneath the band fabric (Watch Video Power on Spatial) firmly until you hear 3 melodic notes and see the flashing green light.
Why does it say 'facial recognition' is not supported when I try to log into my account?
This is a settings feature in your iPhone. In your iPhone 'settings' go to the Spatial app and turn on 'Face ID.'
What if my Spatial band isn't pairing with my phone?
In your phone's 'settings' go to Bluetooth and ensure your Spatial band is discovered and try to connect it from here. Watch video Pairing Spatial to smartphone
How do I reset the band?
Ensure that the band is charged to at least 80%. Press and hold the button for 30 seconds. You should hear a beep after 30 seconds; when you do, release the button and the device should go into pairing mode automatically.
FSA/HSA Eligibility
Does insurance cover the cost of the band?
No, insurance does not cover Spatial; but it is FSA & HSA eligible.
Is Spatial eligible for FSA/HSA?

How can I use my FSA/HSA dollars to pay for Spatial?
- Keep your receipt or invoice detailing the purchase, as your FSA or HSA provider may require it as proof of an eligible expense.
- If you didn’t use an FSA/HSA debit card, submit your claim for reimbursement on your provider's portal.
- Maintain a record of all your receipts and any correspondence, in case you are required to verify the purchase during an audit or later.

Which devices and operating systems (OS) is Spatial compatible with?
iOS: Compatible with iPhone X (10) or newer, and iPads with Face ID.
Android: Compatible with Android OS versions 10 and above (13+ recommended). OnePlus devices, Connect Pads are not compatible
Do I need to register my Spatial band?
No.
How do I know if my band is working?
You will hear melodic musical tones from the band and may feel gentle vibrations.
How do I pair my band with my phone?
Follow the instructions in the app or pair the band using the Bluetooth Settings in your phone.
Can more than 1 person use the same band?
No. Since Spatial is customized for one person’s physiology (via the facial scan), it cannot be used by another person.
I don’t keep my mobile phone next to my bed, can i still use Spatial Sleep?
Spatial Sleep can be used as long as it is within Bluetooth range of your mobile phone and can maintain connectivity.
How old does one have to be to use the band?
Spatial is suitable for users 6 years and older.
Returns and Exchanges
What is Spatial’s return policy?
Spatial is backed by a 30-day return policy. Please refer to the Website Warranty and Return Policy for more details.
How do I return my band?
- Submit a return request via our Returns Page (https://account.spatialsleep.com). Enter your email address and click "Continue".
- Go to your personal email inbox, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code in the email.
- Go back to your Spatial Sleep account page, and enter that six-digit verification code.
- Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
- Select a return reason.
- Click "Request return".
If your return request is approved, you will receive an email with return shipping instructions and a return shipping label. You must send back the product within three (3) calendar days from the date on which the return shipping label was sent to you in order to receive a refund.
After we have received your return at our warehouse, we will credit the payment method you used to make the original purchase with the price you paid and any applicable taxes, minus any shipping and handling charges you paid. The time to credit your payment method may vary, depending on processing time. Please allow up to seven (7) business days to credit the payment method used to make the original purchase.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is $10 for continental US for standard economy delivery service. We will at a later date offer express shipping.
